Parasites target El Guapo
El Guapo was your next target for conversion but after two successful implants with Grundbegriff and Remus West, the third attempt was a failure and Kenetickid died. The town will be alert to your presence when they find the body. You need to start killing them before they discover you.
A successful implants takes at least 25 hours, and time is no longer a luxury. El Guapo must die now.
You approach his house, ready to release the killer parasite when a dog appears from the bushes. It growls and begins barking. An outside light flicks on and you see someone at the window. Your cover blown you retreat. Your mission failed.

I kind of feel bad for voting to lynch NC. He has been a day one lynch a lot this year. Oh well, that was the way the wind was blowing.
